On your Iceland trip you should avoid paying tip as they don’t expect it for their service. In some rare cases for exceptional services tip are given, yet it get considered as an insult. Hence, it is better to be safe by not paying any tip, unless you are sure that it will be acceptable without difficulties.

Be Loud & Obnoxious –

The local people of Iceland are a quite people, with exception of lively and energetic crown of weekends in downtown club areas. However, even the loudest one is still not as much of rambunctious as compared to the average intoxicated people from other part of the world.

Criticizing Local Food –

The local people of Iceland simply love their local cuisine and nothing more can annoy them that an ignorant tourist who makes retching noise while testing or eating their treat. You are visiting their country, so better be courteous.
